【Good News】Congratulations on the National Acceptance of the "Space Environment Ground Simulation Device" by Harbin Institute of Technology, with Semishare Participating in the Construction of the Ion Irradiation Terminal Integrated System

On February 27th, according to the broadcast of "CCTV News " and the official WeChat account of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, the "Space Environment Ground Simulation Device" jointly constructed by Harbin Institute of Technology and China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation successfully passed the acceptance in Harbin. This is the first major scientific device in China's aerospace field. It is reported that the device can comprehensively simulate nine major space environmental factors such as low temperature, vacuum, and electromagnetic radiation and is also known as the "ground space station."

The acceptance committee believes that this project has broken through a series of key technologies in the field of space environment simulation and its interaction with matter. The overall construction indicators of the project are at an internationally advanced level, and some key technical indicators are at the international leading level.

During the execution of deep space exploration missions such as the Moon and Mars, it is crucial to establish multi-scale test analysis techniques for aerospace electronic components under complex ultra-low temperature and radiation environments. The key is to break through the failure mechanism and characteristic modeling of typical devices in ultra-low temperature radiation environments, ultra-low temperature characteristic simulation, and key technologies such as ultra-low temperature testing of electronic components and board-level circuits.


The ion irradiation terminal integrated system constructed by Semishare consists of a low-energy ion irradiation terminal, a high-energy ion irradiation terminal, and a high-energy proton irradiation terminal. The low-energy ion irradiation terminal includes a vacuum experimental cabin, a high and low-temperature sample platform, a vacuum control module, an excitation material detection module, a control module, an electronic irradiation source module, and a monitoring module. The high-energy ion irradiation terminal includes a vacuum experimental cabin, a vacuum control module, a vacuum sample platform and monitoring module. The high-energy proton irradiation terminal includes a vacuum experimental cabin, a vacuum control module, an atmospheric sample experimental platform, a radiation detection module, a control module, and a monitoring module.
